Important Full Color ROES Plus Update Notice

We have a new update to Full Color ROES Plus coming your way! On Monday, June 8, Full Color ROES Plus is getting a new update that will require you to download and install a new version called hhroes. This new updated version is required as Full Color powered by H&H Color Lab transitions to its new home in Missouri.

What’s New?

  • hhroes is an updated version of Full Color ROES Plus — you do not need to learn a new ordering software system.
  • On the new version, you will continue to order most of the Full Color products you know and love.
  • You will also have access to hhstudio for an expanded list of products and services offered by H&H Color Lab.
  • When you place an order through hhroes, it will be produced and shipped from H&H Color Lab in Kansas City, Missouri.
  • Shipping is now included for all orders 30×40 and under.  View shipping details →
  • Orders will be shipped via Federal Express Ground.
  • Many prices have been reduced, some prices are the same, a few will be slightly higher.

How Do I Get This New Version?

  • On June 8, when you log in to Full Color ROES Plus, you will see a download link for hhroes.
  • Click the link and follow the steps to install hhroes.

What About My Current Orders?

  • Complete and submit any outstanding Full Color ROES Plus orders before midnight on June 7. Orders received by that deadline will be produced and shipped from Full Color in Dallas.
  • Starting June 8, Full Color ROES will no longer be available. All orders can then be submitted on hhroes and will be produced and shipped from Missouri.

Do I Need a New Account for hhroes?

Because hhroes allows orders to be produced in our lab in Missouri, you do need an account and credit card on file with H&H Color Lab. Here’s what applies to you:

Current Full Color customer who sells products to clients

We have already established your account at H&H. All you need to do is activate it and add your credit card on file.
